Cancellation Policy
At Red Fox Therapy & Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable and that emergencies or schedule changes may occur. To help us manage our time effectively and ensure that other clients can benefit from available appointments, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Notification Requirements
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. We require at least 24 hours’ advance notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may need it.
Cancellation Fees
- Outside of 24 hours: No charge will be incurred.
- Within 24 hours of the appointment: A fee of $100 will be charged.
- Within 12 hours of the appointment: You will be responsible for the full session fee, which is $170 for individual sessions, $190 for couple/pair sessions, and $220 for small family/group sessions.
Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments
If you arrive late for your appointment, you will be responsible for the full session fee, as insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for missed or late sessions. Additionally, if you miss or late-cancel two consecutive appointments, your regular time slot may be offered to another client, and your ongoing engagement in therapy may need to be reevaluated.
